ABOUT

At Rubicon Infrastructure Partners we are management consultants who help our clients cut through complexity, optimize performance and build cleaner, stronger, more resilient organizations. Specifically, we focus on working with private equity, consulting, infrastructure investors and utility companies to drive revenue growth, operational efficiency and long-term value creation. Our services include assisting clients with due diligence and operational assessments, sector specific thesis development, integration planning, performance optimization, and fractional and interim leadership.

What's in a Name?

Our name, Rubicon Infrastructure Partners, is inspired by Julius Caesar and the crossing the Rubicon River as a direct act of defiance against the Roman Senate. The phrase "crossing the Rubicon" has since come to mean a bold commitment to a course of action. We guide our clients through their Rubicon moments, when decisive action defines the future.
